A. It is quite possible that you may be able to browse the web just fine,
but be unable to retrieve your email. This is because our email server,
which also does our accounting, is backed up each morning. During this time
email is unavailable, as are telnet services, games, etc. The backup takes
about an hour, after which time all services should be available once again.
Access to the Internet should be available 24 hour a day barring any
technical difficulties.
