Connecting to Aceinfo with a Mac

1. Turn on modem and make sure it is connected to the phone line.

2. The PPP control panel will automatically dial the modem when an application trys to use the network.

If you have problems connecting try running the PPP connection manually by selecting Config PPP from the Control Panels located in the Apple Menu.

The window should look like this:

Click the Open button to start the connection. The modem will dial and messages will appear in the connection window. Any errors will be described in this window.

After the connection is successful the Config PPP window should look like this:

3. You should now be connected to Aceinfo running PPP. Netscape, Eudora and other applications can now be run.
